Aisha Hinds, an American actor best famous for her role in the television series The Shield and True Blood. She has demonstrated her versatility in 2003 with her outstanding performances on TV shows like 9-1-1 Detroit, 1-8-7, and Under the Dome. She was first noticed for her role as Anna in 2005's film Assault on Precinct 13. The performance she made in the biographical movie All the Way as the woman's rights campaigner Fannie Lou Hammer brought her to be noticed by the public. Hind is also being recognized for her role performed in the role of Harriet Tubman within WGN America's drama series set in the past called Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television renewed the series for a new season. Hind has recently finished filming for the Hollywood feature Godzilla: King of the Monsters. It will be released mid-2019. His father Krishnaraj is a senior Army scientist, who died in March of 2017. The mother Vrinda was a housewife. She has an older brother Aditya Rai who is an engineer in the merchant navy. The elder brother of Bachchan and her mother co-produced Dil Ka Rishta. She went to Arya Vidya Mandir High School in Mumbai where her family had relocated. Jai Hind College in Mumbai is where she completed her secondary schooling in one year, before she began at D.G. Ruparel College Matunga, where she was able to score a 90 percent on her H.S.C. exams. As a teenager she was a student for five years studying classical music as well as dancing. Zuology was one of Bachchan's most loved subjects. Bachchan was a student of architecture in 1994 when she won the title of Miss World. It was a title that brought her into the fast lane of modeling. Her lucrative jobs for PepsiCo Inc. & Vogue magazine along with her spokesmodel agreement in partnership with L'Oreal Paris were all rewarded in 2003. She had a successful acting career with her roles in Iruvar (1997 as well as Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya (1997). Bachchan became the front in New Bollywood after both films broke the traditional structure for Bollywood films of the period. Through her stunning portrayal of the betrayed lover Paro in Devdas (2002) one of the most loved Bollywood film and the first to be shown in the Cannes Film Festival Bachchan cemented herself as the new Queen of Bollywood. Chokher (2002), a dramatized version of the Rabindranath Tagore novel Chokher (2003) received much acclaim. The actress was the first Indian to join the jury at the Cannes Film Festival. Bachchan starred as a lead actress in Gurinder Chatha's Bride and Prejudice. It was a musical as well as dance adaptation of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. It was at this point that Bachchan added her star-power and attractiveness to her debut major English-language film. She came back to Bollywood to star in the success Dhoom: 2 (2006) and then released Provoked The Story of Provoked True Story (2006) in English.
