Aisha Hinds, an American actor best famous for her role in the television series The Shield and True Blood. She has demonstrated her versatility in 2003 with her outstanding performances on TV shows like 9-1-1 Detroit, 1-8-7, and Under the Dome. She was first noticed for her role as Anna in 2005's film Assault on Precinct 13. The performance she made in the biographical movie All the Way as the woman's rights campaigner Fannie Lou Hammer brought her to be noticed by the public. Hind is also being recognized for her role performed in the role of Harriet Tubman within WGN America's drama series set in the past called Underground.
